1 Briefcase load

1.2 bond strength
The box surface and the box side shall be bonded at the joint. The bonding strength is not less than 50N on the bonding area of 50 *(11±1)mm * mm
2 Appearance and sensory requirements
2.1 box profile
The outline is clear, the two corners are symmetrical, the arc is natural, the adhesive corners are neat, and there is no unevenness.
2.2 natural leather box surface
The surface is smooth and clean, without obvious nine injuries, cracks, rough patches, stains, mildew spots and man-made injuries, and the color is basically the same. Paste flat, and the edges and corners are not allowed to wrinkle or warp. No more than three rough patches are allowed on the back of the box, and the area of each patch is not more than 9mm * mm.
2.3 artificial leather box surface
Good texture, consistent color, clear pattern, smooth paste, firm, no blistering. The edges and corners shall be free of creases, warps and scratches. There are no more than three bumps above 4mm * mm on the back of the box, and no more than two tracks below 70mm * mm.
2.4 ABS box surface
Uniform surface color and clear pattern. There shall be no convexity, crack, deformation, obvious hot mark, dirt block and scratch.
2.5 box port
a. Box port installation
The assembly is tight and firm, and relatively matched. The seam clearance of the bottom and cover of the counter box shall not be greater than 1.5mm * mm. At the bottom of the mouth of the wooden tire box, the cover seam is not more than 2mm * mm. The aluminum opening of the box shall be free of smashing, scratch and burr.
B. Quality of aluminum port
The surface of the aluminum port needs to be oxidized or sprayed (or other protection). After treatment, the color shall be basically the same, and obvious spots and scratches shall not be allowed.
